For an airport taxi with luggage, seat count is only half of the planning. Tell us what is travelling with you so we can assess usable space before confirming the vehicle.
Standard vehicles are not automatically wheelchair-adapted. If you need a specific accessibility arrangement, contact us before booking so it can be discussed clearly.

Vehicle planning for airport, local and event travel
A vehicle advertised with enough seats is not automatically suitable for a group carrying several full-size suitcases. For airport transfers, tell us the luggage at the same time as the passenger count. For weddings and events, include dresses, overnight bags, pushchairs or mobility equipment that may affect usable space.

What vehicle sizes can I request?
The fleet section includes standard cars and larger MPV-style options. Availability varies, so give the passenger number and luggage before travel rather than selecting a vehicle on seat count alone.
How much luggage can a taxi carry?
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle, passenger load and the size of the cases. Tell us about large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs, golf bags or other bulky items when you enquire.
Can I request a larger vehicle for an airport transfer?
Yes, subject to availability. Larger vehicles are particularly useful for families, groups or bookings with several large cases.
Can a specific vehicle model be guaranteed?
A vehicle category may be requested, but a particular make or model should not be assumed unless it has been specifically confirmed for your booking.
Are vehicles suitable for long-distance airport journeys?
Airport and long-distance journeys are planned around passenger and luggage requirements, with an appropriate available vehicle selected for the booking.
What if I have a folding wheelchair or pushchair?
Mention it before booking and describe any other luggage travelling at the same time. That allows usable boot or cabin space to be considered.
Can several passengers be collected from different addresses?
Multi-stop pickups can be requested. Each address and required time should be listed so the journey can be assessed before confirmation.
